I went searching for some older fics and I'm just dismayed at how many older works are unavailable. I started at Fig's master list for stargateficrec and there are a lot I can't find.

So many older favorites, sighs sadly....

I can only hope folks migrate here to Dreamwidth or to AO3.

PS. Thanks to my wonderful d fandom, I've found all three stories. Hugs and cookies for everyone!

Agreed! Thankfully, I've saved a number of favorites to my hard drive over the years, so I have many of the ones I really want to keep around to read again and again. If you let me know the titles you want, I can search my folder to see if I have them and can email them to you.

Well, damn, I don't have any of those. Yes, I hope everyone who deleted their journals on LJ posts fan fiction they've written somewhere, even if it's on the Pit of Voles. :(

About the only thing that I could find besides dead links on the fic rec and fic search pages of LJ was this link to obtain downloads of various zines, one of which did have "A Rock And A Hard Place" by Sam Walker.
